Creative Code is designed for immigrant artists and creative entrepreneurs who have a creative product, service, or skill they are ready to bring to market, but need the digital tools, knowledge, and guidance to get started.
Have something ready to offer or sell, such as photography, baked goods, artwork, design, handmade products, creative classes, music, or other creative services.
Interested in turning your creative work into a source of income and ready to take practical steps toward launching or growing it.
Need support building the digital tools to promote and sell your work, including a professional brand, website, portfolio, online presence, or basic digital business tools.
Not already have a strong, established digital business infrastructure. Creative Code is intended as a starting point for creatives who need help building these foundations.
Be an immigrant, first-generation American, or child of immigrant parents. Priority will be given to Latino and Hispanic creatives, while applications are open to creatives from other immigrant communities.
Reside in North Carolina, with preference given to applicants in Charlotte and Mecklenburg County.
Commit to actively participating in the full 12-week program, including workshops, mentorship, assignments, and program activities.
You do not need to have an established business to apply. You need something creative you are ready to build from.
